Erick Rosemond is a seasoned trial lawyer with considerable experience representing individuals harmed by the products and actions of powerful corporations and the pharmaceutical industry. Although he began his legal career at a large firm specializing in defending corporations, he quickly realized that his passion was in representing individuals.
Erick has experience in courtrooms across the country and has been involved in litigation against some of the company’s largest and most-powerful corporations. Some of his notable cases include his representation of utility customers overcharged by large powerful utility companies conspiring to inflate electricity prices. Additionally, he was on the legal team that secured one of the largest bench trial awards in California history against credit card companies that charged hidden fees to customers.
Erick earned his degree in business from the University of Texas in 1995 and gradated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 1998.
