Robert Talton is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in civil, criminal, family and probate matters. He served from 1992 to 2007 as an elected member of the Texas House of Representatives, where he was chairman of the Urban Affairs Committee and served on several committees, including Environmental Regulations, Criminal Jurisprudence, Judicial Affairs, Redistricting and Urban Affairs.
Mr. Talton earned his law degree from the South Texas College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. Recent honors includes the Vision America Heroes of the Faith, the Free Market Enterprise Leader of Excellence “Texas Ten” (1993-2001) and the Texas Eagle Forum Freedom and Family Award(2001-2005).
