Michael C. Watson is a trial and appellate attorney experienced in major class-action and mass tort litigation involving products liability, environmental contamination and personal injury. Prior to joining Woodfill & Pressler, Michael managed more than 1,500 cases filed on behalf of plaintiffs injured while taking Vioxx®. He served as outside counsel to the state of Connecticut in litigation against a major manufacturer of asbestos floor tile and was involved in major settlements in litigation against health care providers. Michael has extensive experience in appellate matters before state and federal courts across the country.
Michael graduated from the South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1999, where he received special recognition for his academic work and involvement on the school’s award-winning moot-court team.
