Bud Wiesedeppe has extensive experience with civil trial litigation, including product liability, personal injury, premises liability, pharmaceutical and medical product liability, medical malpractice and construction litigation. His expertise includes litigation related to house claddings(synthetic stucco/EIFS, Masonite siding and Louisiana Pacific siding), automobile components, child car seats, pharmaceuticals and escalators, among many other areas.
Mr. Wiesedeppe earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University and his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University. He is admitted to practice in state courts in Texas, as well as U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
